Triple Yes

Body, feeling and mind each have to agree before the transformation starts.

Definition

The triple yes (German: Dreifaches Ja) is the consent step of the FIVE MOVES method, embedded in the third move (ALLOW). Before the transformation is activated, body, feeling and mind each have to say yes individually. Three separate confirmations, three separate listening phases. The body answers through sensory markers such as warmth, opening or relaxation. The feeling answers through emotional resonance with the desired feeling. The mind answers through cognitive readiness. Only when all three levels agree does the session move into the fourth move (ACTIVATE). This step is non-negotiable and protects against forced transformation or bypassing.
