You won't become a healer. Or a guru. And that's exactly the craft.
There's one skill you either bring to this training or want to learn. If not, pick a different one: you never step onto the Mover's field. You lead the session, every step of the way. But they discover their blockage themselves, at their spot, at their pace. The moment everything releases belongs to them, not to you. That's exactly why it lasts.
If you're after applause, you won't be happy here. If you want to make people strong instead of being needed: welcome.

«Can I manage the hardest part?»
The hardest part is the Wunschgefühl. That is what the simulations are for: you practise as often as you want, until it sits. No audience, but never alone: in the competence tool, you and your trainer see every step of your progress.
At the practice days
«How do I learn the touch?»
On location, with your cohort and your trainer: practising the hands-on craft of touch, the sequence, until you feel truly confident. In between, the monthly Zoom calls carry you.
After about 8 weeks
«When am I done?»
When 6 sessions are given and reviewed with your trainer. Some are quicker, and the calls carry you for up to 6 months. Then you're a Family & Friends Guide, certified.

«Can I charge money for this?»
With the Profi certification: yes. It brings the commercial licence and your listing in the guide directory on fivemoves.org. You set your own fee, sessions start at CHF 180.
During certification
«How do I know I'm good enough?»
Additional practice days, the Profi simulation track and 15 documented sessions with personal feedback from your trainer. At the end comes the exam. After that, you'll know, and so will we.

«Am I on my own then?»
No. Supervision accompanies your first client sessions, and the legal basics for your work are part of the training.

No decision needed upfront: you start with the foundational training and open the Profi door when it's time for you.
What you'll be able to do
You lead the route. The body does the work.
You navigate with two coordinates: the Wunschgefühl in the heart space and the spot in the body. You ask where, never why. Nobody has to relive or retell the old situation: without retraumatisation, that's what the method is built for. Five Moves, always the same ones, no freestyle. The sequence carries.

The really challenging part was staying off the Mover's field, the way Andy keeps saying in the trainings. The quality I get to experience in sessions today is incredible.

What's the difference between Family & Friends Guide and Profi Guide?
Family & Friends makes you really good at working within your family and circle of friends, with no financial interest. The Profi training builds on it and prepares you to work commercially with FIVE MOVES: with a licence, a listing in the directory, and your own fee. Both start with the same foundational training.
Do I need a therapeutic or psychological background?
No. The training is open to people from every walk of life. What you bring is the willingness to go through a session as a Mover yourself: you get to know the depth on your own body first. We don't train therapists. We train guides who resolve blockages body-based.
How long does the training take?
Family & Friends takes about 8 weeks, the path to Profi Guide about 12. You're done as a Family & Friends Guide when 6 sessions are given and reviewed with your trainer. Some are quicker, and the monthly calls carry you for up to 6 months.
Can I earn money with this?
Yes, as a Profi Guide. The certification brings the commercial licence and your listing in the guide directory on fivemoves.org. You set your own fee.

What if I don't want to work commercially at all?
Then Family & Friends is exactly your path. You finish with a certificate and work with yourself, your friends, your family. Whether you open the Profi door later is your call, when the time comes. Never is okay too.
